We have a large space with capacity for over 100 people along with serving our Detroit-style pizza, craft brew selection, and other homemade drinks and desserts.

We can accommodate many different styles of events, from private birthday parties, to hosting your next corporate event,
we have the space, food, and staff to make your next event perfect!

Full Space Rental (Closed to Public)

Weekdays: (4 Hour Block)

12:00 PM to 4:00 PM - $1000 minimal spend

5:00 PM to 9:00 PM - $1500 minimal spend

Weekends: (4 Hour Block)

12:00 PM to 4:00 PM - $1500 minimal spend

5:00 PM to 9:00 PM - $2000 minimal spend

Terms and Conditions

Reservation must be approved by Flatiron prior to deposit.

Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply

50% down or credit card required at the time of booking along with the reservation form.

Party will be responsible for the difference between the final bill and deposit. If minimal spend is not met, the minimal spend threshold becomes the full bill total.

18% auto gratuity will be applied to full amount and does not count towards minimum spend

Any pre-orders for food must be submitted 7 days in advance to ensure availability.

Our facilities capacity is 100 so we will not be able to host parties/events bigger than this number.
